Seminars and activities
The first seminar will be aimed at creating the basis for some benchmarking activities and the development and first testing of new indicators. The second seminar will be aimed at evaluating the results of the tests carried out between the two seminars and set the basis for their implementation on a larger scale in the municipalities and regions involved. The second part of the project will give the opportunity to explore the possibility of developing an European “quality standard” and the way to establish this standard. The seminars will also be opportunity for networking among managers dealing with to exchange best practices, and successful experiences in order to help local decision-makers to develop a quality oriented actions.
